Device Test Station
Check your microphone, speakers, camera, screen, and input devices in one dedicated station.
Device Test Station
A little room to put your gear through its paces. Choose a test below, follow the instructions, and see or hear how your device responds.
01 / Microphone
Start the test and speak normally. Watch the input meter move. Nothing is recorded or played back.
02 / Speakers & headphones
Keep your device volume low to begin. Play a two-second tone in the left, right, or both channels. Stereo separation requires stereo speakers or headphones.
03 / Camera
Start a live preview to check framing, lighting, and image clarity. Your camera preview stays on your device.
04 / Screen colors
Open a full-window color panel. Step through white, black, red, green, and blue to look for stuck pixels or uneven areas. Press Escape or Close to exit. Colors change only when you choose.
05 / Mouse & pointer
Start, then move and click inside the pad. Try left, middle, and right buttons, or scroll. On touchscreens, taps test touch input.
06 / Touchscreen
Start, then drag one or more fingers across the pad. Colored trails show where input is detected. Try different areas and multiple fingers together. A mouse can demonstrate the pad, but cannot test touchscreen hardware.
Scrolling inside this pad pauses only while the test is active. Use the space outside the pad to scroll the page.
07 / Keyboard
Start, then press physical keys or tap the on-screen keys below. Detected keys light up. This tester checks physical keyboards. Phone visitors can use the touch test instead. On-screen taps demonstrate the tester; they do not check physical keyboard hardware. Typing inside form fields is ignored. Tab and browser shortcuts keep their normal behavior.
Private by design: this station does not record, upload, or save camera, microphone, or keyboard activity. Media tests stop when you leave this tab. These checks show browser input and output; they do not certify the health of your hardware.
